Targe Energy Coal, LLC has acquired a significant amount of both strip and deep coal reserves over the past three years in Northern Appalachia and continues to be an opportunistic purchaser of additional high quality reserves. Targe currently operates or contract mines several surface mines in  Pennsylvania. Targe also owns a large high quality limestone reserve near Grove City, Pennsylvania and conducts coring operations for its own coal and waste coal reserves and for third parties through our ownership of two high quality coring rigs.
